ISL6540AIRZ-T Overview

Capsuled in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sA 2.97V~22V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 250kHz~2MHz position. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the QUAD position. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 28 terminations. A few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 3.3V.
