ISL6439IBZ-T Overview


With its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 2.97V~3.63V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Phase Control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . Various 14 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 3.3V. ISL6439 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. Considering the dc to dc regulator can only accept 3.465V input voltage, it is important to take note of this.
